Can denim and sparkles be paired together? I thought not at first, until this look came together! And we all know that party that you get invited to that you have no idea whether to dress fancy or casual for. Well this outfit is that perfect in between that could pass for either!
It started this look with this super cute distressed denim skirt from Shein. It retails for $14 and is definitely a staple item. I absolutely loved the look of it, but I wanted to dress it up a bit. I mean, what’s cuter than a distressed denim look that’s a little bit more fancy?
I paired the skirt with an Ami Club Wear sparkly off the shoulder top. I assumed it wouldn’t work, but when tried on, together they worked great. The fancy top and casual skirt mixed together made the perfect combo that could pass for dressy or casual, and you can’t get much better than that! Plus the top is absolutely beautiful and so detailed.
Finally, I paired a pair of simple black high heels from Ami Club Wear with this look, and they kept with the theme. They’re relatively fancy, but they have a distressed edge to them that adds to the look. The shoes put this look on more of the dressy side, but you could change that depending on what shoes you wear.
