March Ipsy Glam Bag Review
Hello my dears! I know I’ve been a little bit neglectful in posting blog posts, but my schedule has calmed down quite a bit, and I should be back to my normal posting schedule.
Anyways… today’s blog post is a review of my March Ipsy Glam Bag. Ipsy is a beauty subscription service for which you pay $10 dollars a month. They then send you a curated bag of makeup, hair care, and/or skin care based on your preferences.
This was actually one of my favorite Ipsy bags I’ve received. When I first signed up for Ipsy, I wasn’t in love with what I was getting. However, my bags have really improved over time, and I’m super stoked to show you what’s in this one.
Firstly, I thought the bag itself was really cute. I loved the color and design. Plus it was bigger, so you could fit bigger things in it when traveling.
Now to the actual contents. The first item I received was a Tarte Lip Paint in the shade “Rose.” I was super stoked to see this in my bag, as I really love the lip paints. It was a pinky nude and such a gorgeous color. This product was deluxe sized and had a value of around $8.
The next item I received was an Mprincess eyeshadow in the shade “Chestnut.” I’ve always enjoyed trying new makeup brands, so I was also excited to see this in my bag. The shadow was super soft and blendable, so that got me even more excited. The color wasn’t super unique, but it was still a beautiful product. The full size version retails for $15, and I think it was full sized.
The third item I received was a So Susan Cosmetics Luminizing blush. Andddd let me just tell you that I was super excited to see this. I’ve been really obsessed with red/orange toned natural blushes lately. This was just what I was looking for. The product wasn’t super pigmented, but it was just enough where it would give you a natural blushed look. This item was full sized and retails for $23.
The next item I received was a Chella Cosmetics Brow Highlighter Crayon in the Shade “Ivory Lace.” This kind of reminded me of Benefit’s High Brow. I also enjoyed this product, though it was a little darker than I would have hoped. However, I have super fair skin(I am not as tanned as I look in the picture), and it still worked for me. This product was full sized and retailed for $18.
The final item I received was a Eva Nyc Hair Primer. I tried this product out, and I didn’t notice a huge difference, but it did seem to make my hair slightly softer. This product was deluxe sample sized and retailed for around $2.50.
Overall, this was one of my favorite Ipsy bags. If you aren’t already signed up for Ipsy, you should totally sign up through this link. I do not earn a commission for sign ups, but I do earn points towards products.
Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoyed my Ipsy Glam Bag! Don’t forget to follow for more blog posts like this one.
